Item/Description: This original WWII era cartoon poster features Uncle Sam as the organ grinder and Hitler as the monkey with the U.S. Capitol building in the background. The caption reads: "We've Made a Monkey Out of You." Tossing coins at the Hitler monkey are Allied leaders, Chiang Kai-shek (China), Joseph Stalin (Russia) and John Bull (England).
