superb Victorian writing desk in walnut and brass 19th century
dates back to around 1880, it is made from a beautiful piece of walnut with brass fittings in the corners as well as the escutcheon

Open the box to reveal a green leather writing surface with space underneath for documents and more space on the back of the interior cover.

The box has two sections for inkwells, a place for the quill.

Superb quality

measuring 34. 8cm x 21. 8 and stands 13. 5cm high.

In good general condition, some gaps, woodwork and locks, some traces of wear due to use and age.
