簽書：吳秋農人物山水。庚辰暮春裝池。魯西題簽。

款識：野老携兒去打柴，白雲滿地襯芒鞋。山妻囑付輕挑擔，莫踏高岡與險崖。秋圃老農吳穀祥寫於京邸，時丙申十月十又六日也。

鈐印：「吳穀祥印」。
藏印：「曾藏張昌伯處」。

來源：「張昌伯」即張正學（1897-1986），浙江海寧人。一九二〇年畢業於北洋大學法律系，後執業滬上，兼任東吳大學法學院教授。公餘喜繪事，富收藏，為上世紀三、四十年代滬上收藏名家，與吳湖帆、張蔥玉、王季遷等多有往來。王福厂、吳樸堂等名家屢為其治印，本藏印即出自王氏刀下。
