Provenance: Cotton medallion quilt with a variety of early patterns and complex borders, all made with high quality 19th century reproduction fabrics. There is curlicue quilting by machine throughout. Hand written on a back corner identifies this as being made as Christmas gift in 2012. The back is an early brown floral reproduction fabric, the hand stitched binding is a brown print, and the batting is thin. King size. Not an import.
