Artist: Seiko Kōno幸野西湖(1881-1945)
Japanese painter. He is from Kyoto. His name is Enjiro. He is Umerei's second son, and his older brother is the Japanese painter Tokaku Morimoto. Learned from his father and Seiho Takeuchi. He received a second prize at the 3rd Painting Exhibition of the Japan Painting Association. He passed away in 1945 at the age of 64.

With signed and inscribed tomobako.
