14K Yellow Gold, Carved Shell Cameo, and Diamond Brooch, designed as a 14K yellow gold filigree framed bezel set carved shell cameo depicting a right facing woman wearing a diamond necklace, adorned with one bead set round faceted diamond weighing approx. 0.05 carat, worn through fabric with pinstem, joint and catch.
