This photo is from the 2013 Series "ARISING". The photo was made for the Yoko Ono Venice Biennale Project by Rene Rietmeyer. This work was published by the GAA-Foundation in 2013 in the Special Limited Edition Book, PSAP #09 titled: "YOKO ONO - ARISING". A version of this photo has been exhibited at the 2013 Venice Biennale. For the series "ARISING", 122 different photos were made. 101 photos have been published in her Special Limited Edition book, but only 20 different photos from this series have been printed in a larger size. This photo is no. 11 from the series "ARISING". In this large size there have been printed only six copies, the edition number is embossed in the paper and in the certificate of Authenticity. This photo is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl 320 gr/m2, the best paper possible for this type of photography. The paper is 60x50cm, the image itself is 50×33cm.
