于非闇 大富貴益壽考

款識：大富貴益壽考。
故宮御苑牡丹甲子後失調護，遭摧折，枝幹委地，鬱為夭矯，錯結如古木，如龍如虬如老松，搜入畫本，仿佛老宮人說天寶故實也。丁亥秋寫浮碧亭北一株，即奉德鄰先生、德潔夫人雅鑒，非闇于照並記於玉山硯齋。
鈐印：「于照」、「非闇」、「富貴野逸」、「我師造化」。
上款：「德鄰先生、德潔夫人」即李宗仁、郭德潔伉儷。李宗仁（1891-1969），廣西桂林人，桂系首腦。一九四八年四月，當選副總統，一度代理總統，乃近代史上之風雲人物。
註：李宗仁戎馬一生，行跡多涉政治軍事，與藝界之交集少被提及。實際上，他與夫人郭德潔皆嗜書畫，三十年代，徐悲鴻居停桂林時，甚獲其禮遇，至抗戰勝利後掌北平行轅，與故都藝壇頗有接觸，如齊白石、于非闇屢贈佳作。于非闇為李氏伉儷作畫，似集中於一九四七、四八年，俱精心之製，李宗仁嘗以家鄉名筆謝之。由上述細節，略可勾勒其往來之狀。 本幅寫於一九四七年秋，時政局日趨緊張，人心動盪。于非闇似未受外界所擾，筆下甚勤，成就其創作生涯中的另一黃金時期，所出皆極可觀。畫取故宮御苑浮碧亭北一株牡丹，花繁葉茂，生機勃發，枝頭三盞花冠斗大，色殷如墨，絲蕊瑩亮，鈎綫敷色盡精工之能事。題中「御苑牡丹甲子後失調護」事，乃指涉一九二四年，馮玉祥在北京發動「首都革命」，溥儀被迫離開紫禁城，皇權時代徹底落幕。往事如烟，惟御苑牡丹，愈發夭矯，見證歷史興替，聯繫時局，難免有滄海桑田之慨，屬畫家少有的流露心跡之作，無乃因受贈者身份之故也。此時李宗仁已決意角逐副總統，畫家寫此贈之，寄夫妻富貴白頭祝願之餘，或另具深意矣！
