Zenith - Automatic Pilot - "NO RESERVE PRICE" - Men - 1970-1979
Very fine vintage Zenith automatic Pilot dating from the 1970s. The steel case is approx. 35 x 35 mm excluding crown (37 mm with crown) and approx. 11 mm thick. The dial is a lovely dark and soft blue with silver stick markers and the Zenith logo. The crown is also original and signed Zenith. The watch has an entirely original, automatic Zenith cal. 2572PC movement with 23 jewels. the steel on the watch is very good. The same goes for the integrated bracelet. Which tapers from approx. 24 mm wide to 16 mm at the original folding clasp. The bracelet will fit wrists of up to 21 cm. Cosmetically, the Zenith is in fine vintage condition (optically 8. 5/10 – some 'tritium dust' on the dial, from the hands) . The watch runs well and keeps good time. Time adjustment using the crown requires a bit of patience. The crown doesn't always grip well. Pull out the crown very slightly to adjust the time, and pull it out all the way to adjust the date (forwards and backwards) . Please take a careful look at the photos.
