Very rare stainless steel Zenith El Primero Automatic Chronograph circa 1971, Ref. A788 – Zenith calibre 3019PHC. This watch is in good condition keeping perfect time. The chronograph starts, stops, resets as expected. All parts are original - Blue & silver dial with part-luminous silver batons & hands, three overlapping registers recording hours, minutes & continuous seconds, off-set date aperture, blue tachymetre inner bezel. 31 jewel automatic movement signed Zenith, calibre 3019 PHC. Tonneau shaped case, signed Zenith with emblem, numbered, original crown & pushers, case width measures approx. 38x41 mm. Original stainless steel Zenith bracelet . Very limited edition - only 1400 pieces were produced making it one of the rarer vintage El Primero's! A great addition for a collection. Bracelet steel is long cm 16. 2.
