The best friends… of the best friends…
Felt pen and Ecoline liquid watercolor on paper for an illustration intended for the announcement of the monthly magazine Tchô! and reproduced at the end of Mes meilleurs copains, an album published in 2006 by Glénat editions. Signed. The first issue of Tchô! ("Titeuf's megajournal" said the advertisement at the time) appeared in October 1998.
40 x 30 cm

Many wish to join the pages of this magazine: Captain Biceps, the strongest of all superheroes; Franky Snow, on skateboard; the Bao Battle gang led by Kuro; Nini with her mini-penguins, Patalo the little monster and André the duck; Mamette, the kind grandmother who loves pigeons; Raghnarok the green dragon and Roxane the little warrior armed with an axe; Néon the extraterrestrial… Titeuf is happy to welcome them. He knows most of them well. “In all albums of the Tchô! collection, between 1998 and 2013, each author had to draw an advertisement for the magazine. The game was to reproduce, in our style, all the characters of the journal. In 2006, there were starting to be many!” (Zep).
