Serigraph printed in black on white paper (39 5/8 x 27 3/4 in.) (100.5 x 70.5 cm). Text in French and English. Printed at Ecole Beaux Arts by Mutel s students, in an unknown number of copies (perhaps 60), with a certain number of copies printed in color. The theme of the exhibition, organized by Mutel and five of his fourth year graduate students, was focused on a partial redefinition of engraving as a printing process and artistic practice. Their principles are set out here in the same combination of explicit and metaphoric terms, invoking the language of Mutel s earlier Manifeste d Acide Brut (2006).
