張大千 宴周彤華等菜單

款識：彤華仁兄歸國，命家人治具恭餞，謹邀澄波、澤之、正言諸公梁孟作陪。
相邀、紅油肚絲、水爆墨魚、一品菽乳、乾燒鰉翅、香糟鴨條、鳳翼烏參、成都素會、錦城四喜、水鋪牛肉、蜜漬金腿、西瓜鐘。
上款：「彤華」即國民政府外交官周彤華（1919-？），浙江慈溪人，早歲入讀大夏大學法律系、中央政治學校高等科，曾任駐休斯敦、洛杉磯、三藩市總領事、駐斯威士蘭大使等職。
註：大千精於飲食，常設家宴款待友好，其菜式獨特精緻，友輩無不津津樂道。他自擬菜式，多具獨門秘方，用料講究，又親筆書菜單，記時間及參與者，別具紀念意義，此類作品，在同輩書畫家中可謂絶無僅有。一九七一年七月，周彤華離任三藩市駐所，準備返臺履新，大千在加州可以居設宴餞別，本幅應爲此際所書。作陪之「正言」即畫家好友顧正言，顧太太景淑女士乃著名書畫收藏家張珩表妹，因此淵源，張顧兩家先後移家北美，定居加州時期，常相往來。
