Wonderful large sized art deco porcelain sculpture of a kneeling nude lady - Lily (1922) - with white slightly crackled glaze from Zsigmond Kisfaludi Strobl (1884-1975) . Nude lady kneeling on leaves of water lilies fixing her hair with both of her hands, with a beautiful smile. This sculpture can be found in a public space in the city of Zalaegerszeg too. Rare piece, in very nice condition, professionally restaurated around the waist (repainted, probably because fire crack) . Signed piece. Zsigmond Kisfaludi Strobl was one of the most famous hungarian classicist sculptors of the WWI and WWII era. Dimensions: 56 x 20 x 24 cm The photos are part of the description.
