Two magnificent vases : France, 19th century On a cubic base the egg-shaped corpus over a round foot, trumpet neck, two raised rosette handles; at the front side colourful painted rural scenes in gold etched frames, at the back side and on the base gold emblems. Porcelain. H. 53 cm. - Gold rubbed off, one with glued cracks at the margins, both inside at the screw connection with cracks. // Zwei Prunkvasen : Frankreich, 19. Jh. : Auf wuerfelfoermigem Postament der eifoermige Korpus ueber rundem Fuss, Trompetenhals, zwei hochgezogene Rosettenhenkel; schauseitig jeweils farbig gemalte baeuerliche Szenen in goldradierten Rahmen, verso und auf dem Sockel Emblemdarstellungen in Gold. Porzellan. H. 53 cm. - Gold berieben, eine am Rand mit geklebten Spruengen, beide innen an der Verschraubung mit Rissen.
