an antique, Chinese, Kangxi period, blue and white bowl, depicting 4 medallions with boys on the outside; a sage riding a crane on the inside.
Late 17th cent.
This bowl has a silver ring, protecting the edge, as common with items of this period. Few blackish brown spots inside and outside.
Numerous small scratches inside and outside, corresponding with age.
