Very beautiful sculpture made of white marble, late 19th - early 20th representing a antique-fashion bust of a woman(light signs of wear) . The "Psyche di Capua", is a statue found in 1726 in the Campano amphitheatre in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, where it decorated the porch of the summa cavea with other sculptures. It is kept in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. Provenance: Private collection.
