For more than 15 years Swedish retailer H&M has collaborated with the most famous designers all around the world.

Lanvin's creative director Alber Elbaz (1961-2021) created an extravagant collection for H&M in 2010 that combined the aesthetic of the Lanvin fashion house with the mass-market. The Lanvin x H&M collection is special. The designer had always said before that he would never participate in collaborations.

The Lanvin x H&M necklace resembles a Victorian chandelier and it is made of red enamel and resin. Thanks to a dramatic satin ribbon, the jewellery is adjustable in length.

Lanvin is one of the oldest French fashion houses. It was founded in 1889 by Jeanne Lanvin in Paris.
In 2001 to the post of creative director came Albert Elbaz. Dresses and accessories designed by him were worn by Natalie Portman, Demi Moore, Uma Thurman and other movie stars.
In 2010, he worked on a collection for H&M that included tulle dresses and necklaces. For his contribution to "Haute couture", in 2016 the designer was awarded the Legion of Honor, France's highest honor.
