[vintage] Must de Cartier carré

Gorgeous carré de Cartier from the Must de Cartier collection, in perfect condition, crafted from 100% silk, in rare gold colour.

The design was inspired by a Cartier brooch created in 1949 for the Duchess of Windsor Wallis Simpson, for whom Edward VIII abdicated the British throne. The platinum panther is decorated with a scattering of sapphires, white and yellow diamonds. The wildcat itself sits proudly on a sapphire cabochon weighing 152.3 carats.
