A large early 19th century mahogany four section bookcase, with pierced frettwork broken pediment, each door glazed with geometric astragals, enclosing a total of 18 adjustable shelves, above two supporting panelled cupboard doors flanking a recess with scroll carved apron, approx. 263cm high x 290cm wide x 39cm deep
Condition Report:
Shelves are adjustable, with grooves present throughout for this. Various glazed panels are cracked, with one glazed panel lacking completely. Both bottom corners of the bookcase segments have damaged corners. One door hinge is unscrewed. Marks and wear throughout commensurate with age and previous use.
