This is a rare and fascinating hand written and signed letter by Charles Rolls one of the founders of Rolls Royce and the first aviator to fly over the English Channel and back. he is rare because of his early death in a flying accident with a wright flyer in 1910. The letter is to his music teacher asking for his Bach, Stainer and Rinck sheet music which he left at the Music hall by accident. He thought he would be back for another practice, but could not. size is 5 3/4" x 7 7/8" in very good condition.
