Hill, in full: "I would thank you to furnish me a statement, when convenient, of the amount due to me from you Institution (principal & interest) on the first Instant. I may desire to draw for the whole or a part of it on or before the first of April." Nicely mounted, matted, and framed with an engraved portrait (bearing a facsimile signature) to an overall size of 19 x 15. In fine condition, with light wrinkling.
