Condition Report:
The miniature has been laid to card. Some light fading to the pigment, most noticeably to the sitter's coat. Some light spots of surface dirt throughout, together with some very light surface scratching to the framing edges. The miniature has slipped a little in its mount and the framing glaze is a little loose. Some very slight bowing to the miniature but this is barely noticeable unless the miniature is out of the frame.
The mount is loose and needs securing. With wear commensurate with age. Condition Report Disclaimer
