20th century, two part form, mahogany veneer, light wood inlays, oak and pine secondary, double-bonnet form molded edge pediment with three block plinths, two hinged shaped panel doors, well developed interior with pigeon holes, drawers and cabinet doors, prospect door flanked by document drawers, two candle slides, the lower case with banded inlay slant front lid also well developed with pigeon hole and drawers, central prospect door and document drawers, leather writing surface, over four graduate drawers with banded inlays, on shaped bracket feet.
