[Small tear in the paper] He also new Quicksilvers and frames old Glasses and supplies People with new Glass to their own Frames.

Condition Report:
In overall very fine condition, appearing to retain a period piece of glass and all of its major elements. The frame with several pronounced shrinkage cracks that were likely reglued at some point. The reverse side of the crest and bottom scroll is lacking its glue blocks applied to prevent warp.
