3rd-4th century AD. A restrung necklace composed of rounded dark glass pendant beads decorated with pale dots, D-section loop to the top, interspersed with polished fusiform carnelian beads, possibly later; modern clasp. From an important North West London collection; acquired in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
