Grown in the black-lipped Pinctada margaritifera oyster in the remote tropical waters of the eastern South Pacific, these saltwater pearls have been hand selected for their quality. The saltwater pearls that have been selected for this necklace are approximately 8x10. 5mm in diameter. The eye-catching colour of the pearls throughout the necklace displays all the characteristic silvery peacock and rose hues of Tahitian pearls. Baroque shaped pearls have a noticeably irregular appearance, which means that they may have some minor imperfections present on the surface of the pearl.
