An early 20th century 9ct gold peridot and split pearl brooch. Stamped 9ct. Length 4.5cms. 4.1gms.
Condition Report:
- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
- Bottom addition is bent out of shape and has visible glue.
- Peridot are a medium yellowish green hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
- Peridot are in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Split pearls are a creamy white hue, with iridescent overtones and typical surface features.
