Boris Lacroix
Pair of Centerpieces
circa 1930
glass, nickel-plated metal
each impressed with the artist's mark
4 ⅛ in. (10.6 cm) high each
7 in. (17.7 cm) diameter each
Condition Report:
Overall in very good condition. The nickeled metal presents with light surface scratches, light tarnish throughout as well as occasional spotty areas of minute discoloration. When viewed in person, the removable glass insets are slightly less green than pictured in the catalogue photography. The glass presents with surface irregularities and minute air bubbles which are inherent to the making. Some light surface scratches concentrated to the upper rims consistent with gentle use.
