Mason's Ironstone (English, founded 1813), circa 1830-1851. Pair of ironstone beaker-form yellow ground vases, having chinoiserie decoration with gilded cobalt dragons and serpents. Each with printed and impressed marks to the underside along with "C", "V", and "1500". Approx. of one, h. 6", dia. 3.75".
Condition Report: Firing and glaze imperfections; minor loss of gilt; no apparent chips, cracks or restorations when examined under ultraviolet light.
