5 Hallstatt Bronze Bracelets w/ Nice Patina
Ancient Central Europe, Danube region, Hallstatt culture, ca. 10th to 8th century BCE. A gorgeous ensemble of 5 bronze bracelets, each formed from a strip of copper that tapers and briefly overlaps at each end. Though 3 of these elegant adornments feature a tubular band, 2 display a convex exterior and a flat interior. A lovely design of incised diagonal striations decorates the end of 3 bracelets. All of these lovely bangles are enveloped in a rich, seafoam green patina, reminiscent of ancient Hallstatt culture. Size (largest): 3.2" in diameter (8.1 cm); Size (interior of largest): 2.25" W (5.7 cm); Size (band of largest): 0.625" W (1.6 cm)
