Custom made from a design of E.Brandt . All hand forged and with painted black finish . Has 3 French frosted glass shades from Vienne factory . Very well made and looks great when lit up . Total ht is at 22" and 16 " across . The base is 8 1/2" in diameter . Shades are at 5 1/2" ht and 5 1/2" diameter and one shade has a small chip at the big end . No signature . From New/Old stock . It will need to be packed well for safe shipping .
