A pair of gilt metal candlestick table lamps in Charles X style, second half 19th century and adapted for electricity, with bands of engine milling overall, approximately 38cm high excluding 'swirling' silk shadesCondition Report: As catalogued these have been converted from 19th century lamps, the fitting has been applied and the bases drilled to accommodate a wire - there are no wires currently fitted and these would need to be re-wired by a professional electrician prior to use in a domestic setting. These are sold as decorative works of art only at present.The insides of the bases have been blacked.
