Villeroy & Boch, Heinrich W. Germany manufactory, wall plate from a limited edition of 1,500 pieces of the original plate from the Zeppelin on-board service, round, smooth-edged, ivory-colored with etched gold edging and blue and gold stripe decoration and a blue-gold emblem with a central Zeppelin in front of a globe and the inscription 'Deutsche Zeppelin Reederei', with certificate, on the back with wall attachment, on the back with manufacturer's mark Heinrich W. Germany and Villeroy & Boch, inscribed. 'Bone China, limited edition of the original plate 1500 pieces', with original box, dimensions: Ø 25 cm.
The porcelain service for the Zeppelin airship LZ 127 'Graf Zeppelin' was manufactured by Heinrich Porzellan. Only a few original parts that are not for sale are still in museum or private ownership.
On the occasion of the opening of the culture and conference center 'Graf-Reppelin-Haus' in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance on October 17, 1985, a plate of this Zeppelin porcelain was reproduced in bone china true to the original. The edition is limited to 1500 copies.Show more
