Japan, Meiji to Showa period (1868-1989)
The first decorated in green enamels with bamboo stalks on a purple to white fade ginbari ground, the base with a studio mark. The second with crashing waves and birds in flight reserved against a white to yellow fade ginbari ground. The rims and underside applied with brass.
HEIGHTS c. 6 cm each
Condition: Good condition with minor wear and manufacturing irregularities as well as a small hairline crack to one vase.
