Il est orné d'un diamant coussin (TA) dans un entourage de pierres rouges d'imitation calibrées. Le motif est retenu par une suite de petits diamants taille brillant (TA) et ronds, deux motifs navettes sertis de petits diamants taillés en rose. Monture et tour de cou en or jaune et or gris 18K.
