In full: "With reference to the talking of your crop land on April 28, 1952, by the Northeastern Gas transmission Company, I want you to know that I have contacted Mr. Francis E. Cassidy, Chairman of the Worcester County Commissioners, Department of Public Works, and the Department of Public Works in Bolton, in your behalf. In confirmation of my telegram to you this morning, I suggest that you immediately file your claim in this connection. I sincerely hope that this will work out favorably for you; and as soon as I have further word, I will be in touch with you again." In fine condition, with a few light diagonal creases. Accompanied by the referenced telegram, advising Donovan to file a claim immediately.
