2 Chinese Agate and Glass Snuff Bottles, 19th Century
A lot of 2 Chinese snuff bottles dating from the 19th century. The snuff bottles include: a red banded glass snuff bottle with a pink glass stopper and no spoon, and a greenish-brown agate snuff bottle with dendritic inclusions and a stone stopper with a metal spoon.
Dimensions: the larger greenish-brown snuff bottle measures 2 7/8 inches tall X 1 1/8 inches wide; 7.3 cm tall X 2.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: The greenish-brown snuff bottle is in good condition, the red banded snuff bottle has a crack in the mouth.
Provenance: From a Connecticut gentleman's private collection; assembled over the past 25 years.
