Antique Empire Gilt Bronze Clock Goddess with cherub c1810
This gorgeous Empire clock is made in France around 1810.
Clock is flanked by a gilt bronze figurine of goddess , a little sheep and a little winged Cherub.
Base is reach decorated with sphinx and eagle attributes.
On the sides is ornamented with cherub firing an arrow . Unfortunately on the right side is missed one ornament.
Gilding is all over in good condition with normal wear due to the age.
Enamel dial with Roman numerals is in good condition. Dial signed J. Biliards a Paris.
French movement is with silk suspension striking on the silvered bronze bell at 1/1 and ½ hours and protected with original behind glass door.
Key and pendulum included.
