Two-stage octagonal to round bronze barrels with well-preserved heavy fire gilding. Slightly shortened during the time of use. Smooth bores in 13 mm calibre. Finely engraved at the breeches. Slightly domed sideplates of fire-gilt bronze depicting two cherubs between scrolling leaves, signed "Brion à Paris" at the lower edge. Iron hammers and frizzens with chiselled and engraved decor. Slightly carved full stock of finely grained walnut wood with light-coloured horn nose. Extremely finely engraved fire-gilt bronze furniture, the gold plating partially rubbed. Inserted wooden ramrod with horn tip and iron bullet extractor. Length 40 cm.Condition: II +
