Mordan & Co., with a Victorian registration mark for the 5th November 1873, 11.6cm long, 11.6g grossA similarly carved ebony pencil is illustrated in Bull, K., The KB Collection of Pencils, private publication, 2012, page 110.Condition Report: There is a split to the barrel towards the pencil end, 15mm long approx, as well as a longer split down the centre of the barrel, 4cm long, signature rubbed, but readable, no losses or chips to the head.Condition Report Disclaimer
