an oval mixed cut garnet with an oval cabochon opal at one side and an oval cabochon moonstone at the other, all milligrain set to plain collets, to parallel shoulders and a 'D' section shank. Marked 18c, 3.13g.

Garnet has a small chip to the crown and some abrasions to facet junctions.
Some abrasion/wear to both cabochon gemstones.
Surface marks/scratches to mount.
