Early 20th C. Chinese White Jade Pendant Twin Dragons
East Asia, China, ca. early to mid-20th century CE. An attractive pendant that is hand-carved from white jade depicting a pair of dragons as they chase one another through the sky. Each dragon features incised wisps of air across their smooth bodies, parallel rows of protruding 'scales' along the spines, clawed feet, and gaping mouths filled with fangs. Size: 1.875" W x 2.1" H (4.8 cm x 5.3 cm)
