A William IV silver pedestal salt, of oval form with foliate caps to rim, and gadrooned rim and foot, hallmarked London 1830, maker's mark W.B, 4" (10cm). Together with a late Victorian silver basket, of oval form with embossed foliate and pierced details to sides, hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co, London 1898, length 6.5" (16.5cm), and two pairs of silver sugar tongs, the first larger pair hallmarked Peter & Ann Bateman, London 1793, the smaller pair hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd, Birmingham 1918. Total weight 6.80 ozt (211.8 grams).
