each of baluster form and decorated with elaborate repousse flowers, with hinged, domed lids and monogrammed on the underside "VHC".

Condition Report: **A very attractive set in quite good condition. The kettle burner has two small dents on the (hidden) lower half, and the wick collar and cap are lacking. Otherwise all the pieces are in superlative shape with no dents, breaks or repairs. All lids and handles secure. Excellent chasing with some wear to the details in relief. Each piece marked (on the underside) with the Shiebler "winged S" trademark, "Sterling" and model number "1493" (the latter lacking on the kettle). A great example of Shiebler's high-quality output.
