Art Nouveau silver plated bowl created by the Apollo Silver Company in late 1910s, pattern #1235 [by 1923 the pattern numbers were already in 1600s]; the bowl is marked on the bottom "Rec. US Pat. Off / Apollo Silver Co." around the company's mark; additional marking "Quadruple Plate" and number "1235".
In the 1910s-30s, the Apollo gift store on the 5th Avenue was a major competitor of Tiffany Co.
