An Egyptian turquoise glazed faience ushabti, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, mummiform standing on integral base wearing tripartite wig with false beard, arm folded at chest and holding a pick and hoe; vertical plinth down back. H: 4 1/2 in (11.4 cm). Remnants of blue-green color, some surface weathering and deposits. Ex Southern California private collection.
