Set of seven aquatint, mezzotint and stipple engravings on paper finished by hand after Dr. Robert John Thronton (English 1768-1837) From the Temple of Flora or Garden of the Botanist, Poet, Painter and Philosopher, published 1799-1807. Lot include seven framed prints: The Dragon Arum, American Aloe or Agave Americana, The Pontic Rhododendron, Simple Lily, The American Cowslip, Night Blowing Cereus, and The Blue Passion Flower.
