Federal Mahogany and Tiger Maple Worktable, Boston, c. 1805-10, the octagonal mahogany top with lunette-inlaid border above a conformingly shaped case of drawer and bag drawer joining square tapering legs, the case and legs all inlaid with mahogany crossbanding and bird's-eye maple veneer panels, (imperfections), ht. 29, wd. 20, dp. 15 1/4 in.
