Condition Report:
Very good condition overall. Minor marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, and age cracks. Crusty remains of applied material around the eyes. Two irregular holes around the eyes. Shallow insect damage around the mouth on the reverse. Minor chipping to the edges of the reverse. A c-shaped break to the top edge broken glued. Scratches to the holes where the mask sits on its modern base.
